We all know that sugar really is not good for us, so here is your challenge.

JUST SAY NO… to sugar!

For two weeks, say no to sugar. No white sugar, no brown sugar, no treacle, caramel, castor or icing sugar. No honey either. No added sugar, no sugar in your grocery cupboard, no sugar in the products that you buy from the store (this is a tough one − read your labels!)

If you need to add some sweetness to your life, try xylitol, stevia, truvia or molasses.

Bacon & Egg

This is now a very quick and easy meal to prepare for a light meal or for your lunch box.

Use a few stripes of natural bacon (that does not contain MSG or other flavour enhancers)
One or two eggs per person
Slice of cheese

Some greens as garnish

Lay the bacon in the muffin pan, open an egg in each section.
Top with a slice of cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Garnish with some greens and spray some NutriVerus on top in stead of extra salt.
